I'm Kevin.
I’m a passionate photographer born and raised in the DMV, now happily based in Charlotte, NC. I come from a rich cultural background with my mom from Peru and my dad from El Salvador, which has shaped the way I see people, stories, and moments through my lens.
When I’m not behind the camera, you can usually find me outdoors kayaking, mountain biking, hiking, or chasing a new view somewhere. Traveling is a huge part of my life. It fuels my creativity and constantly gives me fresh perspectives to bring into my work.
At home, life is always full of energy. My wife and I share our space with three dogs and one cat, so there is never a dull moment. I have also become very skilled at editing photos while at least one pet insists on supervising.
Photography, for me, is about capturing real moments and genuine emotion, whether it is a big milestone or a quiet, meaningful detail.

From grass-roots
beginnings.
My love for photography started when I was a young kid. When my grandmother got remarried, I became completely captivated by the photographer. I remember constantly asking him if I could use his camera to take a few shots of my own. That early curiosity quickly turned into something more.
As I grew up, I attended a church that hosted events from time to time, and the photographers there were always kind enough to let me borrow their cameras. Any time I saw someone holding a camera, I felt this pull to be behind it, capturing what was happening. Looking back, I guess you could say I was “that kid” who always wanted a turn with the camera.
My fascination with cars started just as early, with Hot Wheels spread out across a rug designed like a city full of roads and houses. That interest grew with video games like Need for Speed and the Fast and the Furious movies. I learned to drive at a young age and eventually developed a deep appreciation for all kinds of vehicles, from everyday sedans and trucks to SUVs and especially exotics.
That passion naturally led me into automotive photography, where I focus on bringing each vehicle’s personality and story to life through my lens. At this point, combining my love for cars and photography just made sense. It was either that or spend way too much money buying all the cars I photographed.
